Dalpay Retail is our authorized retailer. You can pay by credit card through Dalpay Retail. Payments through Dalpay are processed online. We accept the following payment methods offline: Webmoney Transfer, Bank Wire Transfer, E-Gold. If you want to pay via these methods, you should contact our sales representative first.What is the warranty period?
We offer full warranty in 30 days. I.e. we will support our modules and modifications free of charge in any case, even if you accidentally break a module. In the next 150 days we'll provide support free of charge only if a problem is caused by our module/modification and not by your mistake. Otherwise we will offer support at standard price of 25$ per hour.The source code of your module is encoded with Ioncube. Can I get the source code?
Yes, we can provide you with the source code upon request. You should contact our sales representative and explain the reason why you need the source code. We will also require you to sign additional copyright agreement. Anyway, we'd like to point out that we don't encode the code snippets that are essentially supposed to be customized.Do you encode the source code with Ioncube in case of custom development?
No, if you order custom development from us, you will receive the full source code. We also have coding standards to make our custom developed code easily readable and properly commented.Is the license period limited?
No, we offer fulltime license. But you should remember that one license is valid for one domain only.I ordered custom development service, do I have copyrights?
When we develop some custom module or something else, you are allowed to use it on your sites only. You cannot resell it or distribute for public access and download. If you need exclusive rights on the source code of custom modification you order, you should discuss it with our sales representatives first. Exclusive rights is the subject of higher price rates (the cost per hour is 35$ instead of $25). We will sign additional agreement (contract). Also, only bank wire payment method is accepted in case of custom development with exclusive copyrights.Is the trial option available for your products?
We offer free trial option for some of our products. It should be specified on the product page.How does trial work?
Trial option is the opportunity for you to try our module before purchasing it. Trial is not available for public download, we provide it only upon request. The only difference between trial and production module is that trial will stop working after its lifetime period expires. You should either remove trial software before its lifetime period expires or replace it with purchased production module.Is refund available?
Yes, refund is available, but only within 30-days period. We recommend you to read the product description attentively before purchasing the product and use trial option (if applicable) to avoid refund procedures. If you cannot decide whether you need a module or not, you are always welcome to consult with our sales representative.
